Full Job Description Job Description:
Sirocco Mediterranean Restaurant is seeking Bartender to join our team in Dania, FL. We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to the bar and provide a friendly and attentive service experience Take drink orders from guests and suggest appropriate beverages based on their preferences Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines Follow recipes and mixology techniques to create high-quality drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Engage with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Bartender. Hourly wage depends on experience plus tips Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage service techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drinks TIPS or equivalent certification for responsible alcohol service is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
