Job Description
Grande Oaks Golf Club in Davie, FL , is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Lead Bartender ! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon .
Pay Rate :
$17.50 - $20.00 hourly plus tips; Based on experiencePosition Overview:
The Lead Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional bar service to members and guests while supporting the daily execution of beverage operations across the clubhouse, events, and pool service. This role sets the tone for hospitality behind the bar, maintains beverage quality and consistency, assists with training and scheduling, and supports beverage cost controls. The Lead Bartender works closely with the Front of House Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the beverage program aligns with the club's standards for service, presentation, and member experience.Responsibilities:
Member & Guest Experience:
Provide warm, professional service to members and guests in the clubhouse bar, dining areas, and club events Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency Learn member preferences and maintain a hospitality-first approach to service Support club events, golf tournaments, and private functionsBar Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Ensure proper glassware, garnish preparation, and bar setup prior to service Assist with opening and closing procedures Monitor bar inventory and communicate restocking needsLead Bartender Responsibilities:
