Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math and basic math calculations Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service regulations Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely food and beverage delivery Promote sales through upselling techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards Ensure all food handling procedures are followed when serving food or snacks alongside beverages Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong focus on customer service Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Demonstrated ability in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service Prior experience in catering or large event environments is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of the food industry's best practices related to brewing, serving, cashiering, and retail math Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
