Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless delivery of food and drinks. Skills Proven experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong serving skills. Proficiency with POS systems familiarity with retail math, restaurant experience, and cash handling is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and sales calculations; understanding of hospitality industry standards is a plus. Experience in catering or food industry environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly in dynamic settings. Familiarity with brewing processes or nightclub environments is advantageous for creating an energetic atmosphere.
