Bartender (21+ Required) Dockside Watersports | Destin Harbor Dockside Watersports is looking for an experienced, outgoing bartender to join our crew. This is a high-energy, guest-facing role set in a laid-back waterfront environment where great drinks and good vibes go hand in hand.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests Handle transactions and manage tabs accurately Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly Engage with guests and contribute to the overall Dockside experience

What We're Looking For:

Must be 21+ Bartending experience preferred Friendly, fast, and reliable under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
