Outcast Seafood is bringing the flagship to Destin —and we're building a team that can keep up with the pace, hold the standard, and still bring some personality to the floor. This isn't fine dining stiff. This is high-volume, high-standard, done right—with edge. We're hiring Servers & Bartenders who can handle high volume, thrive in controlled chaos, can move with purpose, stay sharp under pressure, and deliver a great experience every time while bringing the Outcast Vibe to life every single shift. We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year (holidays required) We run tip-share, team-first —no dead weight, no drama, just people who show up and handle it.

WHAT YOU NEED

Minimum 2 years serving experience Bartenders - 2 years high-volume bartending experience Ability to show up on time, hustle, multitask, and keep your cool when it's slammed Weekend availability required (Open availability/Day time availability strongly preferred) Applicants must be available for 4 shifts a week with preference going to those with open availability Team mentality — you handle your role and back up your crew Keep your head straight - no drinking/drugs on the job, ever.

TRAINING DETAILS

All potential Outcasts do 3 days of paid "Trial Runs"/ Training to make sure we're a good fit for you and you're a good fit for us.
