In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, skilled in POS systems, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service. Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to uphold health standards in food service environments. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks and ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours or special events. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; retail math skills are beneficial. Experience with brewing or catering services can be advantageous but not required.
