If so, we may have the perfect spot for you. At Compass Hotel by Margaritaville, we're more than just a hotel—we're a destination where guests come to relax, unwind, and escape the everyday. We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Full-Time Bartender to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences one cocktail at a time.

What You'll Do:

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver outstanding service with a warm, welcoming attitude Engage with guests and create a fun, laid-back atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Process transactions accurately and efficiently Work alongside our restaurant and events teams to ensure seamless service

What We're Looking For:

Previous bartending experience Knowledge of classic cocktails and willingness to learn signature Margaritaville favorites Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Florida alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)
