Taproom Bartender & Marketing Brand Ambassador Vibes Brewing Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 Hybrid work $20

  • Part-time, Full-time Full-Time Hybrid Role (40 hours/week) We're hiring a hybrid team member to split time between being a bartender in our taproom and leading our brewery's social media, and community presence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, loves craft beer culture, and enjoys getting out into the community to grow a brand. You'll be one of the most important faces of the bar and voice of the brewery beyond our walls. What You'll Do Taproom (approx. 20 hours/week) Serve guests in a fast-paced, welcoming environment Educate customers about beers and events Maintain cleanliness and bar organization Support taproom events and promotions Deliver excellent customer experiences Food Service Marketing, Social & Field Outreach (approx. 20 hours/week) Create and publish Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content Capture photo/video content in the taproom Plan weekly content themes and campaigns Promote events and special releases Represent the brewery at festivals, pop-ups, and community events Build local partnerships and street-level brand awareness Help develop marketing ideas and grassroots promotions. Schedule & Availability Open availability and flexible scheduling are required. This role includes nights, weekends, events, and occasional off-site promotions. Marketing hours may vary based on campaign needs and event schedules.
Compensation Marketing hours:
$20
