About the Role Join the team! We're looking for a Charming and Professional Bartender Mixologist to serve unforgettable cocktails and to ensure vibrant guest experiences at our poolside and mobile tiki bar. This role combines expert mixology, high-energy hospitality, and a confident presence in a resort property setting. What You'll Do Craft and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair and precision. Operate and drive the resort's mobile tiki bar safely and responsibly across designated resort property areas. Engage guests with charm, professionalism, and expert product knowledge. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile bar area. Support poolside events, VIP activations, and daily guest interactions. Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Uniform Standards This role is performed in a poolside and outdoor resort property setting. The uniform consists of resort-approved swimwear, designed to reflect the stylish atmosphere of our brand. All attire is provided or approved by the resort. Professional grooming and presentation are essential. What We're Looking For Proven bartending or mixology experience in a luxury or high-volume setting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required to operate mobile tiki bar). Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable and confident working in resort style swimwear attire. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Bonus Points Flair bartending or performance mixology skills. Multilingual abilities. Previous experience in resort or hospitality environments. Qualifications:
Must be at least 21years old High School Diploma or GED Bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic, beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes. Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate guest needs and multitask.
