Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests enjoy their time in a welcoming environment. This role requires a blend of culinary skills, guest relations expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service, enhancing the overall dining experience. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and guest service standards. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is beneficial. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with fine dining standards and guest relations best practices is an advantage. Understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen operations will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
