In this barback role, you'll play an important role in our restaurant. Supporting our bartenders by restocking drinks, ice, garnishes, and supplies; washing glassware; cleaning spills and bar areas; changing kegs; and handling general setup/breakdown, ensuring smooth, efficient service by keeping the bar stocked and tidy so bartenders focus on customer orders and drink making. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth service, foster guest satisfaction, and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities Stocking & Preparation:

Organizing liquor shelves, prepping garnishes (cutting fruit), refilling ice bins, and stocking napkins, straws, and other supplies.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Washing used glasses and tools, wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning up messes or broken glass. Support during

Service:

Running to the walk-in cooler for more beer/wine, changing kegs, and assisting bartenders with general requests.

Opening & Closing:

Arriving early to prep and staying late to break down, clean, and restock the bar for the next day. Experience Basic beer, wine and liquor knowledge. Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift and lift up to 50lbs.
