Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while managing tabs efficiently during busy service hours. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, adhering to alcohol service laws. Restock bar supplies promptly to meet customer demand during high-volume periods while minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for catering events or restaurant dining. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations at all times. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures when preparing garnishes or assisting with food service when needed. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in diverse settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquets. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality or speed. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Experience in the food industry, particularly within hospitality environments like restaurants, retail food outlets, or brewing establishments. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions, change calculation, and sales tracking using retail math principles. Familiarity with serving techniques in both casual and upscale settings, including catering or banquet experience preferred. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure seamless service delivery.
