Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food preparation, and timely service Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to promote a positive atmosphere Support other team members during busy shifts by providing excellent guest services and efficient support Experience Previous bartending experience

REQUIRED.

Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS or Micros POS, with experience in cashiering and food handling Strong background in food service, including serving, bussing, and host/host duties Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours Proven ability to upsell menu items through engaging guest interactions Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of OpenTable reservations system is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively setting!
