Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Bottle Service professional, where your energy and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide personalized bottle service, and ensure a lively, safe, and enjoyable environment. Your expertise in food and beverage handling, combined with your vibrant personality, will be key to elevating our guests' nights and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a fast-paced nightlife setting. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Provide attentive bottle service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, promote sales, and enhance overall guest satisfaction Maintain strict adherence to food safety, food handling protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations Assist with setup, cleanup, and restocking of bar supplies to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety standards within the nightclub or banquet environment Qualifications Proven 1-year experience in lounge, or nightclub environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, energetic manner Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and handling payments Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience with catering or retail math is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or food industry standards is beneficial Must possess strong communication skills and a professional appearance suitable for hospitality settings Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and expert beverage knowledge.
