We blend sophistication, relaxation, and community in an environment crafted for cigar connoisseurs and cocktail enthusiasts alike. Our guests expect premium service, expertly curated cocktails, and an atmosphere rooted in class and camaraderie. With our newest location, we are expanding the experience to include a food program centered on cheesesteaks , proudly guided by our motto: Philly Inspired. Duval Desired. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mixologist who appreciates both the art of craft cocktails and the culture of fine cigars. This role is essential to creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful drink creation, expert pairings, and elevated hospitality. This position will support two premium bar programs —one in our cigar lounge and one in our restaurant—each offering a refined cocktail experience aligned with the Dapper D's standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails that complement our cigar and food offerings Maintain strong knowledge of cigar brands, blends, and pairing profiles to guide guest selections Educate guests on cigar and spirit pairings to enhance the overall lounge experience Deliver exceptional, attentive customer service in an upscale environment Ensure bar areas are fully stocked, organized, and compliant with cleanliness and safety standards Collaborate with management on seasonal cocktail menus and special event offerings Assist with cigar inventory support, proper storage, and humidification awareness Uphold the Dapper D's brand image, service standards, and guest experience at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a mixologist, bartender, or beverage professional Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and flavor profiles Interest or experience in cigar culture and pairing (training provided as needed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Prior cigar lounge or upscale hospitality experience preferred, but not required Why Join Dapper D's Cigars Be part of a growing premier lifestyle brand rooted in craftsmanship and community Work in a creative, collaborative, and refined atmosphere Opportunities for professional growth as the brand continues to expand
