Mixologist/Bartender

Duties Craft and serve a variety of signature and classic cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Take orders accurately and provide recommendations tailored to guest preferences. Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Follow all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Manage cash and card transactions efficiently using our POS system. Provide engaging, courteous, and professional service to all guests. Perform opening and closing duties for the bar area as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender. In-depth knowledge of mixology, including a wide range of drink recipes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of working effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions and stock management. Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
