Job Description
Shift Leader / Bartender / Server 719 West Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748 $17 an hour - Full-time $17 an hour - Full-time This is a server/bartender/shift leader combo position. Full time (32-35 hours). We're looking for someone who is willing to close three nights a week as a shift leader. This candidate will serve (and make tips) on that shift then transition to lead after the rush. Pay is $17/hr the whole shift. As shift lead, we'd ask you to be able to check out the servers' sidework and check out the kitchen team as well using our sidework charts. Executing late night fried food is part of the shift leader's job (usually 1-4 tickets per night). Plan on getting out around midnight. When not clocked in as a shift lead, you will bartend or serve at 10.98/hr. Both day and night shifts are available. In the off season, bartenders may also pick up tables as needed. We run a skeleton crew in the slow months so everyone hustles and makes cash. When serving, we seek out experienced staff who can take 6 table sections comfortably. Sundays are required. All lead shifts will be at night. We're looking for a long term candidate who will grow wiith us and take on more responsibility over time for greater pay.
