Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic bartender with full availability, weekends are a must. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems like Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end with basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when needed, including serving food at bar or during events like banquets or catering functions. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments using strong time management skills. Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is required. Knowledge of the food industry, beverage trends, brewing processes, and retail math enhances your ability to excel in this role. Prior roles involving serving at restaurants or catering events provide valuable experience in hospitality and customer service excellence.
