In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food & beverage safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Use POS system TOAST to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and recommend drink pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders for beverages as needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while ensuring quality service. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during peak hours. Knowledge of bar techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for creating specialty drinks. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly.
