In this energetic role, you will ensure the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and organized, creating an inviting environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain a seamless flow of service, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a lively nightclub or hospitality setting. Duties Assist bartenders by replenishing supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash in accordance with health standards Support food preparation tasks when needed, including preparing simple snacks or garnishes for drinks and events Buss tables and clear used glassware promptly to keep the bar area tidy and inviting Help with setup and breakdown of events like banquets or catering functions within the venue Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards at all times Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation protocols Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering and order management Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous kitchen or barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry roles Knowledge of food handling procedures, catering operations, and hotel or restaurant experience enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us as a Barback and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
