As a key support to our bartenders and service staff, you will ensure the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and organized to keep the momentum flowing smoothly. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment regularly Restock bar supplies such as bottles, garnishes, napkins, straws, and utensils to ensure seamless service Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including garnishing drinks and preparing simple snacks or appetizers Support bartenders by bussing tables and clearing empty glasses to uphold a tidy environment Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately Help with food handling duties in accordance with health and safety standards, supporting catering or banquet events as required Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy shifts in a nightclub or hospitality setting Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events, or hotel food service enhances your candidacy Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling regulations ensures safe and efficient operations Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing excellent customer service Prior barista or serving experience can be beneficial in understanding guest needs and beverage prep processes Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly is required for cashiering duties Join us as a Barback and become an integral part of creating lively nights filled with energy and exceptional service!
