Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cashiering and retail math calculations. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or food service operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service. Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation in accordance with health regulations. Contribute to a lively nightclub or event atmosphere by serving drinks promptly and engaging with guests confidently. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clientele. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; brewing or catering experience is a plus.
