Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether working in a lively sports bar, elegant restaurant, or bustling banquet hall, your expertise will elevate the atmosphere and contribute to a vibrant, engaging environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills. Create an energetic and welcoming game-day atmosphere for guests during World Cup matches and other major sporting events. Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are strictly followed during beverage preparation and serving. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining, sports bar, or nightclub settings. Availability to work throughout the FIFA World Cup season, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume match days. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipe measurements. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or retail food industry is a plus.
