Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar area efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our hospitality services. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and inviting for guests. Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest seating. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all safety regulations regarding alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining basic math skills for processing payments. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in guest services or guest relations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
