Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management skills during busy service periods. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light bites to complement beverage offerings. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with the food industry enhances your versatility.
