Job Description

Ariete Hospitality Group & El Vecino are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at Miami's premier cigar lounge. This role is ideal for someone with strong mixology skills and a working knowledge of cigars, who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a sophisticated environment.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent cocktail and mixology skills Strong communication and hospitality mindset Interest in or knowledge of premium cigars and pairings Ability to maintain bar organization, inventory, and cleanliness Team player who can support staff training and contribute to overall lounge operations Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Crafting cocktails and providing exceptional bar service Assisting with beverage and cigar pairings for guests Supporting liquor/beverage ordering and inventory management Helping ensure smooth daily operations alongside management Contributing to staff training, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
