To maintain an environment of exceptional service, we are seeking outstanding hospitality professionals to join our elite service team. Working aboard Seafair is a distinct privilege, reserved for individuals who have mastered the art of luxury hospitality and conduct themselves with unwavering professionalism. The Role & Expectations As a member of our service team, you are the face of Seafair. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, anticipatory, and highly personalized service experience comparable to that found in the world's finest Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private clubs, and superyachts. Flawless Execution Provide meticulous food and beverage service at bespoke corporate and private events. The Art of Welcome Ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and appreciated from the moment they step aboard until the moment they depart. Uncompromising Composure Maintain a poised, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure while adapting seamlessly to the dynamic nature of luxury events. Absolute Discretion Operate with the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when interacting with high-profile guests. Who You Are We seek hospitality professionals who are committed to excellence and dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Professional Presentation You are articulate, polished, and able to meet Seafair's established grooming, appearance, and uniform standards. Luxury Hospitality Experience You possess a proven track record in luxury hospitality environments such as superyachts, private clubs, five-star hotels, fine dining establishments, luxury resorts, or private estates. Multilingual Capability Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Mandarin, Italian, or Arabic is highly valued. Exceptional Work Ethic Punctuality is non-negotiable. You are reliable, organized, and maintain the highest professional standards, including adherence to company policies regarding personal phone use during service hours. Commitment to Growth You are eager to participate in ongoing professional development and hospitality training led by our Director of Hospitality to ensure alignment with Seafair's service standards.
