$80,000•100,000 per year About the Role LPM Miami is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to lead our wine program and enhance the guest experience through exceptional wine service and pairing recommendations. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the wine program and inventory Recommend wine pairings and provide expert guest guidance Conduct wine tastings and staff training Collaborate with the culinary team on food and wine pairings Ensure proper wine storage and quality standards Qualifications Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Excellent communication and guest service skills Strong attention to detail and organization Sommelier certification is a plus What We Offer $80,000•100,000 per year Bonus and benefits package Career growth opportunities Opportunity to work with a world-renowned hospitality brand
