Snack Bar Attendant

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Full-Time Quick Service Snack Bar Attendant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have excellent food and beverage knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests at the bar. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Display a thorough understanding of the menu, including food pairings, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with their selections. Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Process member accounts and credit card payments, ensuring accurate transactions. Ensure a smooth and seamless service experience for guests, promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Prepare and cook food from the menu for the orders taken. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a food service environment (experience in quick service preferred). Strong food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to operate a POS system and handle member accounts and credit card transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with full availability for a flexible schedule. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting supplies when necessary. A positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
