We're reopening this November after a complete renovation , featuring a modern dining room and a brand-new exotic poolside Tiki Bar with occasional live music and entertainment . Our guests enjoy a lively, social atmosphere, and our team members must be comfortable working around music, events, and an energetic crowd — while maintaining top-level professionalism and service standards. We're now hiring for five separate front-of-house positions: Servers
- Bartenders
- Food Runners
- Bussers
- Host/Hostess.
Each role has its own responsibilities and focus — you'll be trained and developed for one position ,but everyone works together as part of one coordinated, motivated team. Positions & Responsibilities Host / Hostess ($14/h) Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly. Answer phone calls professionally for reservations, inquiries, and to-go orders. Manage reservations, seating flow, and coordinate with servers. Set the tone for a welcoming, efficient, and upbeat experience. Server (Tipped position
- $11/hr + tips) Take accurate orders using POS (Toast). Deliver food and drinks with precision and attention to detail. Build rapport with guests through attentive, polite, and consistent service. Handle payments and manage tables efficiently. Bartender (Tipped position
- $11/hr + tips) Mix and serve cocktails with accuracy and speed following recipes or guests preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Engage guests with conversation while delivering consistent, top-quality drinks. Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations. Food Runner (Tipped position
- $11/hr + tips) Deliver dishes swiftly and accurately from kitchen to tables. Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure perfect timing. Maintain presentation standards and support the expo line. Busser (Tipped position
- $11/hr + tips) Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and stations. Support servers and contribute to a seamless flow of service. All FOH Staff Maintain professionalism during live entertainment and events. Create friendly, respectful relationships with recurring guests. Support special events, private parties, and Tiki Bar service. Work together as one unit to deliver consistent hospitality and polish. Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred (fine dining or banquet a plus). Knowledge of POS systems (Toast) and cash handling accuracy. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, professional demeanor and polished appearance. Comfortable working during live music and outdoor service. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays. Understanding of food handling, safety, and alcohol service standards. Dress & Appearance Hair neatly tied back; clean, pressed, and professional uniform.
