Margaritaville Naples is seeking applications from seasoned professionals for the exciting role of Bartender! Compass by Margaritaville Naples is owned and managed by TPI Hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver impeccable customer service by engaging with guests, making them feel welcome, and attending to their needs with a friendly, professional demeanor. Stay current on beverage trends, including beers, wines, spirits, and mixers. Craft creative and classic cocktails with precision and flair. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies, ingredients, and equipment are stocked and ready. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining overall bar flow, timely service, and guest satisfaction. Navigate the POS to start and close tabs accurately. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and enforce age restrictions. Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. Handle guest concerns professionally and provide swift resolutions. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, including taking orders, providing recommendations, and actively listening to guest preferences.

What You Will Bring:

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Understanding of POS systems; InfoGenesis experience is a plus. Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience. Understanding of alcohol laws and guidelines; relevant training certificates preferred. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
