Assistant Bar Lead About The Company Family owned and operated microbrewery in Venice serving craft beer and wine Come work for us! We are passionate about serving and selling craft beer and wine. Small menu serving craft sandwiches and Charcuterie. Position Summary Reports to Manager/Ownership Basic front of the house duties including: Handling all food and beverages properly Able to sell and upsell beer, wine and food to the guest Create and maintain good relations with guests Fills to go orders Wash and polish glassware Willing to work the bar or to float on the floor Operate point of sale system, handle money, give change, manage bar cost, keep good customer relations to gain repeat business Exercise communication skills and perfect customer satisfaction daily while performing other side work duties separate from serving and/or bartending Establish a positive relationship with co-workers and managers through a solid work ethic, positive attitude, punctuality and dependability Willing to complete ongoing training Enforce TABC laws and follow strict company policies that deal directly with the service of alcohol Other duties include stocking, breaking down the brewery (sweep, mop, wipe down counters, maintain beer and wine equipment, wipe down chairs and tables, sweep and mop bathrooms) Open the brewery and close the brewery independently

Supervisor Duties Include:
