Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving
- Engage with customers to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
