Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift with accuracy. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly. Support catering, banquet events, or nightclubs by serving drinks efficiently during high-volume periods while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming environments for diverse clientele. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred; familiarity with food handling and food safety protocols is essential. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements. Previous restaurant or retail experience demonstrating effective serving, cashiering, or catering skills; hospitality background is a plus.
