Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fast Mixologist/ Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages quickly and accurately, ensuring each order meets quality standards Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity during busy service hours Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to keep pace during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Previous experience in brewing or beverage preparation is advantageous but not required Join us if you're ready to bring your energy to a lively environment where fast-paced service meets exceptional guest experiences!
