Job Description

Bartender - Mingo's Beach Bar (Panama City Beach, FL) High-volume beachfront bar with excellent earning potential and a fun team environment. Mingo's Beach Bar is looking for an energetic, friendly bartender to join our team. We are a fast-paced beachfront restaurant and bar serving frozen cocktails, craft drinks, beer, wine, burgers, pizzas, and great guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests and beach visitors Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service during busy periods Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must be at least 21 years old
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is personable, dependable, and enjoys creating great experiences for guests. Beach bar experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. Competitive pay plus tips. Weekend and holiday availability required.
