Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, providing friendly recommendations and personalized service to enhance their experience. Serve food items promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, including glassware, utensils, and workstations. Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, such as garnishing drinks or assembling simple dishes in accordance with health regulations. Manage register operations, process payments accurately, and handle guest inquiries or special requests with enthusiasm. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and dietary considerations. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation techniques is advantageous. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Hospitality background with excellent communication skills; previous restaurant or food industry experience is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a lively environment while providing exceptional service.
