Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and seating guests on simulators while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with alcohol service laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Verify legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. • Process payments and operate POS systems accurately. • Restock bar supplies include liquor, garnishes, glassware, and mixers. • Create specialty drinks or promote featured beverages. • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. • Seating guests on simulators and managing daily reservations
Qualifications:
• Previous bartending experience preferred. • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. • 21 years or older preferred due to serving alcoholic beverages Employer is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
