In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether working at a lively nightclub, a refined restaurant, or a bustling banquet setting, you will be the face of our establishment's hospitality experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations. Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or snacks during busy periods. Support catering or banquet events by providing prompt and courteous beverage service in various settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is desirable; retail math skills are a plus. Must be 18 years or older and possess relevant certifications as required by local laws for serving alcohol.
