Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server / Bartender and become the heart of an energetic, hospitality-driven environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while expertly serving food and beverages in a beachside setting. Whether working at the bar or at the dining area, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems . Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and payment processing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including restocking supplies and preparing bar areas for service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub gatherings. Requirements Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or banquet environments is a must. Minimum of 2 years experience . Must be over 21. Proficiency with POS systems ; experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with licensing laws; bartending experience is a plus. We value hard work, strong ethics and a positive attitude!
