Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic retail math to ensure accurate billing. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies related to serving alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to ensure seamless food and beverage service. Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully. Solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing processes. Experience in catering or food industry roles that require multitasking in fast-paced environments.
