Lead Bartender

Responsibilities Lead the bar team by demonstrating expert mixology skills and ensuring smooth daily operations Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine with precision and flair Oversee all aspects of bar service, including cash handling, POS transactions (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and inventory management Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, addressing inquiries, and creating welcoming environments in settings like nightclubs or fine dining venues Train new staff members on beverage preparation, service techniques, POS systems, and food handling procedures Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and optimal guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in food industry settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet environments Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles in hospitality or food service environments Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Strong understanding of beverage recipes, brewing processes, and catering services Excellent communication skills coupled with effective time management abilities Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in fine dining establishments or retail math calculations is preferred Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for hospitality will shine!
