Bartender - Caragiulos Italian-American Sarasota, FL | Part-Time or Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required At Caragiulos, hospitality is personal. As we prepare to open our new downtown Sarasota home located at 1833 Ringling Blvd, we are building a bar team rooted in warmth, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. We are hiring Bartenders who understand that this role as more than making drinks — but as guiding the guest experience through thoughtful hospitality, product knowledge, and attentive service.

Compensation:

Starting at $10.98 per hour + tips Full-time hours available Responsibilities Guide guests through cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage offerings with confidence and warmth. Care for the entire restaurant with full awareness, understanding that every guest experience is a shared responsibility. Deliver attentive hospitality while maintaining precision and pace at the bar and service bar. Support fellow team members and contribute to seamless service throughout the restaurant. Uphold high hospitality standards and handle service recovery with care and professionalism. Qualifications 3+ years bartending experience in an upscale full-service dining establishment. Strong knowledge of wine, classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage service. Knowledge in Italian wines preferred. Experience managing both guest-facing bar service and service bar production. Strong communication skills, teamwork and guest awareness. Evening and weekend availability required. What We Value We hire for empathy, awareness, and professionalism as much as experience.
