  • Full-time Cafe Gabbiano (http://cafegabbiano.
com) a fine dine Italian restaurant on Siesta Key is looking for a Busser to manage the tables in the restaurant. Duties include, sweeping, moping, bread and water tables and table maintenance throughout the night. The expo potion includes garnishing plates, organizing plates on a tray and delivering food to the table. Bar Back is expected to help with cleanliness of the bar, filling ice, loading and unloading the glass dish machine and seting up/breaking down the bar. Also, communicating with guests, greeting guests and bussing the guests plates dishes and glasses. We are a fun customer oriented work environment. We are open 7 days a week from 5 PM to 10 PM. Customer comes first so you must have good customer service skills and be personable. You must have a can do anything attitude. You must be able to carry a food tray.
