Job Description:
Beertenders engage with our guests and provide excellent customer service. Whether that be pouring drinks, making a cocktail, filling growlers, swapping kegs, or fulfilling a To-Go order; their mission is to have each guest be so happy with the attention, atmosphere, and service that the guest is eager to come back and recommend us to friends & family.
Job Responsibilities:
Some duties include: Willingness to become exceptionally well-versed in all our menu, beer, and beverage offerings and be able to speak on them with knowledge, ease, and confidence Willingness to learn and have a commitment to proactive sales with the goal of further engaging with, and elevating, each guest's experience Change kegs, pour beer and wine, make cocktails, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and ensure the beer, wine, and cocktails are of high quality Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
