Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Bartender to support polished, attentive service, premier dining experiences for the Yacht StarShip. From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do Craft classic, specialty, and craft cocktails with consistency and accuracy Deliver warm, polished, guest-focused service Maintain par levels, restock bars, and ensure clean, organized workspaces Operate POS systems efficiently and ensure accurate guest billing Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standards Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and department of health compliance and maritime standards Participate in safety drills and follow all vessel safety procedures Work collaboratively to support smooth onboard operations What You Bring 2-3 years of bartending experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and guest-service skills Ability to follow detailed procedures, recipes, and safety requirements Comfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments Ability to lift up to 50lbs Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed Ability to work onboard for 2-5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours Valid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS , ServSafe Alcohol , or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.
