  • Part-time, Full-time Rio Izakaya is seeking an experienced, passionate Fine Dining Bartender for our new Japanese restaurant in Tampa.

About the Concept Rio Izakaya will be a modern fine-dining Japanese restaurant showcasing: Authentic Yakitori grilled over Japanese Binchotan A premium sushi & sashimi program featuring dry-aged fish Creative hot & cold dishes Full cocktail bar We are building a team environment rooted in kindness, professionalism, and pride—no arrogance, ego, or elitism — only leadership through respect, energy, and example. Must-Have Qualifications Fine Dining Experience in a high-demand, full-service restaurant Minimum 2 years of Bartending experience Strong cocktail knowledge and bartending experience Understanding of hospitality, guest relations, and service standards Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment Fluent in English (other languages welcome) Responsibilities Prepare high-quality cocktails consistently Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar Provide friendly, engaging service to staff and guests Handle daily bar prep, inventory, and cleaning duties
