Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage Toast POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
