Duties Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly to keep service flowing smoothly Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or plating under supervision Support bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware quickly and accurately Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Help with setting up and breaking down banquet or catering events to ensure flawless execution Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver timely, efficient service that exceeds guest expectations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred but not required Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety guidelines Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in busy settings Willingness to learn food preparation techniques, serving protocols, and sanitation standards Experience in banquet or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your skills as a Dish/Barback.
